Cultural Profile Guide
Your Cultural Profile is a visual representation of your personal cultural preferences, generated from your Cultural Survey results. It shows how you compare to national averages and helps you understand your cross-cultural strengths and blind spots.
Viewing Your Profile
- Navigate to Cultural Profile from the Tools Dashboard
- You'll see your scores across all six Hofstede dimensions
- A radar chart shows your profile at a glance
- Each dimension includes your score and the national average for your home country
Reading Your Profile
- Your score reflects your personal cultural preferences
- National average shows the typical score for your home country
- Gaps between your score and the national average highlight areas where you may think differently from the cultural norm
Using Your Profile
Your Cultural Profile is most valuable when combined with other tools:
